During the start-up and commissioning, beside all the technical aspects, we keep a specific attention on your training & coaching.
The physical process modelling and fine tuning is a more specific service where our automation engineers, based on measurements will identify your process and build a model fitting it’s behaviour. This models will be used for a better understanding of your physical process and allow our engineers to design the best adapted process control loops and optimized parameters for each of your processes.
All the models and control algorithms are developed and tested in simulation (Matlab & Simulink) before being implemented on the real process .Our electromechanical experience and engineering background allows us a deep understanding of physical systems. Thanks to this, we can suggest more adapted control structures and improve the behaviour either globally or locally on your system.
